• Booking Security: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment request. Your card will not be charged during this booking process.

• Next Steps: Once your request is submitted, our team will review your eligibility. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is approved.

• Program Enrollment: Charges are only processed after your consultation and once you have been medically cleared by our provider to start your program.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Our monthly program fee includes your provider consultations, medications, and supplies— in addition to high-touch treatment support.

• Important Note: A $40 Medical Evaluation Fee is only charged if you are medically disqualified or choose not to proceed with the program after your telehealth visit with the Provider. If you enroll in any of our monthly programs, this fee is 100% waived.
